Group Classes
Adult Swimming Lessons & Aqua Community Classes
We have a maximum of 4 swimmers in our adult learn to swim and improver lessons.
This is to ensure that each swimmer is given ample attendance and guidance from the teacher in each class.
1 to 1 tuition is available for adults.
Our pool at the Links Centre in Eccles is 1.2m throughout, with a gradual step entry, making it easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
Aqua Community classes are designed to help improve mobility, coordination and fitness for local residents who may not be able to access normal swimming pools.
